acceptable locationdated roompoor insulation
the location near public transport was acceptable.
the room felt quite dated and lacked some expected amenities i particularly missed having a kettle for making tea. the noise insulation was poor too as i could hear a lot of noise from both the street and inside the hotel.

The hotel is near a tram stop. It provides easy access around the area. The room included fresh towels EVERY day. It was CLEANED. I also appreciated the availability of a shop across the road. several restaurants nearby.
The receptionist i met during check-in did NOT smile much. Andreas was friendlier.

The hotel is close to tram lines number two and three. These TRAMS offer excellent connectivity to both the main train station and the lake. Getting around was REALLY easy.

The breakfast area is attended by Ms. Dina, who is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast itself is simple. it offers adequate choices to START your day. I liked that a lot.

helpful staffclean hotelthin wallearly noise
the staff provided good support. the hotel was clean and located well for my travel. fresh towels were available every day and the room was cleaned daily.
the walls are thin, so i could hear noises. cleaners started vacuuming around 8:00 am, it woke me up (this affected the quality of my sleep).

Solid Hotel Experience!

The room was very clean. I also had fresh towels daily. The bathroom looked renovated, which I appreciated. The shop across the road proved useful, and I noticed some restaurants nearby. I also found the tram stop right in front of the hotel convenient.
The room got too hot. They only provided a small fan, and there wasn't air conditioning.

The staff proved helpful . All other staff were also polite and attentive. I'm thankful that they could assist me with directions and other questions. It made my travel smooth. The employees were helpful.
